We realised that we could model a client telephony environment in data, and then exploit streams of billing and usage data to manage that environment. I have huge confidence that we can solve problems, but the first step is to define the problem adequately before looking for a solution. I firmly believe that we help our clients in their use of supportive services without requiring them to deal with the specialised factors in managing those services.

I have been with Telesa since the company started in September 2002 and my role is to provide these solutions and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
With 30 years’ experience in the Telco Industry, I have had the pleasure of working in both the Network and Customer environments, thus understanding the challenges on both sides of the fence. Using this experience to understand where things go wrong and combining business demands I have come to the conclusion that telecom management is not just a financial management tool but also provides other value added business intelligence supportive of companies and the telecom industry needs. With this in mind, we built a platform that supports critical business areas focussed on adding value to our clients.
